Fynbos for Seniors is a 40 year old community driven, registered welfare program for elderly care in Kleinmond.
We are embarking on an interactive 4-day hike, through the beautiful Botriver Valley farms and ending by returning over the highlands-mountains back to Kleinmond in order to raise much needed funds.
For our first roll-out we are limiting the intake. So, make sure you register before all the slots are taken.

Each walker will be required, as part of their entry to raise/donate R5,000 minimum by 13 February 2025 over and above the non-refundable deposit of:

Farm2Fynbos aims to raise awareness around elderly care in communities. The funds are being raised specifically for Fynbos for Seniors but we want to grow this into an annual, sustainable event in order to raise awareness and educate people on the plight of the elderly in South Africa
In 2024 the government Department of Social Development had to cut funding to welfare organisations such as ours and this had a huge impact on our ability to tend to basic needs of the elderly in our community. Farm2Fynbos is one way for us to be able to raise funds while giving entrants a wonderful experience.
To register please accept the Terms & Conditions and also return your signed Waiver Form before or on the 11 March 2025.
To secure your booking fill out the booking form and we will inform you if you made it before the cut-off number. If you did not make the cut off, we will let you know when the next hike is and you will have early access to this reservation before we advertise.
All successful bookings will receive an E-Brochure with detailed information on departure/what to pack/hiking tips/local accommodation for before or after the hike.

NOTE
All meals are catered, this does not include alcoholic beverages (the accommodation does have honesty bars). All accommodation is shared so we will be putting people in shared rooms according to gender unless you indicate in your party if there are couples.
The non-refundable fee is payable on booking confirmation. The money you raise either by yourself or with donors is due before we hike and we will send reminders in February.
